Tyler's Almost Here!

Well, after all of these crazy months, Tyler is finally ready to make his appearance, and at full-term no less! He's continued to give us fits right up to the end (his latest stunt is that he's breech and out of amniotic fluid, but he's just generally stubborn and does things his own way!), but we are VERY excited to finally meet him later this week. He almost made his appearance on Tuesday, as his fluid dropped again, and I was about to have an emergency C-section, but he moved a bit and got his numbers up, so he bought himself a few more days in the womb. I am set to head back to the hospital tomorrow for another test, so Tyler will either be here on Friday or Saturday. We can't wait!

In the meantime, we've been preparing Tyler's nursery for him, with help from both grandmas! Here are some pics to show you how things are coming along. The first one shows the paint, wallpaper and border we chose for Tyler's nursery from the book "Guess How Much I Love You". Matt and I both really liked it (although I liked it more than he did...if it was up to him, Tyler would have a 100% sports themed nursery!), and it turned out great.

(At least, it's almost the finished product...we are waiting for the letters spelling his name to come in over the crib, and we have some great pictures ordered for over the changing table, but those aren't in yet. We're pretty sure Tyler isn't going to mind.)

And thanks to all of our wonderful friends who stocked Tyler's library early. Look at all those books! He'd better like to read!
